• A 100% deposit of room and tax is required at the time of your reservation. 
   

•  If your cancellation is within 14 days of the scheduled arrival the deposit is non-refundable. If it is before that it will be fully refundable and there is a $25.00 credit card processing fee charge.

• Any activities planned through Moab Beds & Bagels is subject to the guest and is their responsibility along with any vendor's policies on cancellation & refund.

• Moab Beds & Bagels is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced, personal belongings.
   

• Moab Beds & Bagels is not liable for any guest negligence or accidents which may occur as a result of said guest negligence while on the property.
   

• Moab Beds & Bagels reserves the right to cancel and/or make other hospitality arrangements for any & all guests subject due to availability.    ​
